My name is Khristian Pieczynski. I’m from Mokena, Illinois, and I first got introduced to training through sports as a kid—that’s where my passion developed over time.
I initially got into strength training when I was 16 years old because I wanted to get stronger and faster for the sport I was playing, which was baseball. That’s when my passion for fitness really took off. I’ve worked in commercial, private, and athletic training settings, so I know what works and what doesn’t.
